Probate Proceedings (Estate Administration)
If your loved one passes away either with or without a will, and their probate assets are valued at over $75,000.00, you may need to file a petition with the probate court in order to administer and distribute their estate. Probate matters are handled on an hourly basis. Attorney fees are generally paid from the proceeds of the estate, although in some cases other fee arrangements may be necessary.
